The answer is, it depends on how quickly you’d like to move. Generally, once the cash offer is signed, we’ll be able to close the transaction within 15 -45 days. Sometimes sellers prefer a longer timeline between accepting the cash offer and closing. This gives them the time they need to take of the things they want prior to selling the home.
