Once we’re able to take a look, we’ll drop back and review the home with our local experts. They methodically evaluate the latest market data.  Once complete, we’ll work together to provide you with the highest cash offer we can on a timeline that works best for you.

Step 2 • Review Offer & Sign Docs

This is the exciting part where you receive cash offer. Rest easy, as there are never any fees or obligations. The amount you see, is the amount that will land in your bank account.
